Review: I spoke to the owner [redacted] ,re.my truck,I needed the engine intake manifold gasket repaired.I was quoted a price of 650 dollars by [redacted].He told me that he had just opened his own shop .[redacted] had did bodywork on my truck at a shop([redacted])that he had worked for so I trusted him .I took my truck there on Sept.3,2013 for the repairs.While there I asked if could replace the timing belt,the hub assembly,shocks and body work he agreed to do the repairs. My truck stayed there aprox.3 or 4 days before they started any repairs .My truck was parked in the lot ,doors left unlocked,and accessories from the truck was on the ground .I had words with the other owners ([redacted])son in law about my truck being left unlocked .I was told that they dropped the oil pan when they repaired the intake manifold gasket. I picked the vehicle up on Friday Sept.13,2013,and was told by [redacted] that the truck wasn't finished and that I had to bring it back to finish the repairs ,so I agreed .I had an appt.the following Friday Sept 20 2013.I checked my oil ,because I was use to checking it because of the intake manifold problem,when I checked the oil ,it was no oil at all in my truck ,so I filled it with oil and looked under the truck and all I saw was oil leaking from my truck . I contacted [redacted] and asked him what did they do to my truck ?my truck never leaked oil like this .So I took the truck to him and once I got there he just felt under the truck and told me that I wasn't gonna like this ,but I need the main seal replaced ,and told me it was about 700 dollars ,I told him that I didn't have it and I also told [redacted] that the oil the oil pressure was very low and it wasn't like that until they dropped the oil pan.[redacted] said they would take care of it .Picked truck up ,still had problems,returned the truck to [redacted] Auto for estimate ,was told that I need my engine replaced. Contacted the owners of Rev GT and sent them the estimate,and was told by them that they never did the repairs that I was charged for .Desired Settlement: I have a written estimate for my truck from [redacted] Auto,they gave me the first estimate .I contacted the owners of Rev GT and explained it to them ,also sent them an estimate of the damage that was done and the cost of repairs.But they are refusing to do anything .My truck won't pass emission because the engine light is on and I have wires hanging under my truck from them replacing the shocks. the estimate says I need my engine replaced or rebuilt.I want my truck fixed please.
