These people are a piece of work, when disputing what items from my moms estate, she was nasty and aggressive They never said anything but they would sell whatever items we didn't want, she was mad at the items we kept I should have known better when she stuck a contract under my nose the day they came to get the things
Once she loaded things, she loaded that truck to the roof, telling the people she had, you have to get this in the truck When I asked when these items would sell, this *** said you can't be there and she didn't know The first time I called her, she said some of the things already sold and she would account for the sales once everything was sold Never told me when either
The next time I called her, she said everything was sold and when she got the reports from the auction she would account for everything and send a check
Not long after that, we received a check for practically nothing compared to what she took The list of items were a joke and made little sense
I noticed a number of items not recorded or shown as sold so sent her and email about them She said everything was sold but it wasn't according to her
list and accounting
*** never responded to my second email so I called Again she said everything was sold but that same day I received another check for two items which paid me $ Two items brought $ and at 50% I received
$ Keep in mind that all the others things, a 14' box truck fit in only brought me $ 1, This lady is scamming and her response was, " well don't use us again " Very nice and have heard another horror story from another person she helped, RIGHT!

I had a great experience with Ancestor House. After gathering numerous items that I didn't want, the owner of Ancestor House came and told me which items she would take to be sold at various auctions. She gave me all the information up front and arranged for their truck to come and take the items (including furniture, household items, pictures, etc.); she even comes and packs up all the small items. Once the items are sold, she splits the profit and sends checks with detailed accounts of the items sold. Of course, some items sell for more than what you think and others less. That's what to expect with auctions. I didn't have to do anything and I was totally impressed on the efficiency of the whole process. I know three other friends who have used Ancestor House and we were all happy with them. I would highly recommend them!
