My name is [redacted] ***, I am the owner of REVAMP signs & designsI spoke with Mr [redacted] briefly the day he came in, he mentioned to me he had a t-shirt design he wanted to design in the future and print for resaleMr [redacted] mentioned to me how in the 80's he had used mail out order forms as a source of advertisement and he was interested in ordering more***, my lead designer went ahead and designed a beautiful flier that Mr [redacted] said he lovedLater Mr [redacted] came back stating that he had received no orders from his mail outsI mentioned that things had changed a bit since the 1980's when he had first started his work and more people lean to social media/internet for purchases, Mr [redacted] said that it was a good idea and leftA week later we received a $dollar check from Mr [redacted] to commence the projectWe proceeded to begin and kept well in touch fully as we do with every clientMr [redacted] showed no signs of disapproval at the completion of the project as he paid the agreed upon remaining balance for the project ($1000.00)Later we came to find out Mr [redacted] didn't own a computer nor had access to one so he was not able to monitor/update his webpage or social mediaAt this point Mr [redacted] was a bit frustratedI offered to let him come in and use my facility whenever he needed to help him get his brand goingHe mentioned to me he wouldn't be able to do that due to a transportation issueShortly after, he contacted my designer asking him to print out his website on paper along with the rest of the internetThat is when my designer mentioned to him that we'd be happy to print sections of his website, but could not print out the entire InternetMy designer offered to print screenshots for him in order for him to get a look at his website from his homeMr [redacted] later came back stating that a lawyer had contacted him proposing that someone was using his logo unlawfully and he had a case to sue said individualWe proceeded to fill his USB thumb drive (which he provided and stated belonged to a family member) with all the work we had done as he askedThat was our last interaction with Mr [redacted] At no point in the long process of working with Mr [redacted] did he state he was unhappy with our workHe did mention that he wanted to see his website simplified and proceeded to mention to him that we'd be happy to do the changed to the website, but we wouldn't change it back upon completion if he wasn't satisfied because we had reached an end to the project's scope of workHe then mentioned to me he didn't want any further changes other than what my designer had already done for him throughout the process
