Scam out of money
File Bankruptcy & they collect $600 from me & wont give me my money back. Made multiple payments & my account is closed, they still put on my credit report that I owe them money. Called & they keep transferring me to multiple people & different numbers without resolution. I never got a receipt from them of the payments I made they keep saying they will email or mail haven’t seen it yet. No managers to speak with just a lot of back and forth nonsense. I have an account number they have on the bill they mail me but when I call they don’t recognize the number, I have to give them my social. They so call merging to a different company

reporting to creadit bureau
I wanted to ask if Revco solution company gonna report to the credit bureau after paying the debt in full. the representative said they are not gonna do that, is that correct?

Upon checking my credit report I notice a collection from this company for $22,179. I've never received an invoice, written communication and or any bill for that amount. For this reason to inform you that I am disputing this debt. Please verify the debt as required by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

I am disputing this debt because I do not owe it.

Because I am disputing this debt, you should not report it to the credit reporting agencies. If you have already reported it, please contact the credit reporting agencies, inform them that the debt is disputed, and ask them to delete it from my credit report. Reporting information that you know to be inaccurate, or failing to report information correctly, violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Finally, please note that I do not wish to receive further telephone calls or letters concerning this debt that I do not owe to your client. The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act requires you to respect this request. See 15 U.S.C.
§1692(c).

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely

Per hippa laws, it is NONE of cscb's business as ro WHY I was treated. Its your job as a bill collector to attempt to collect a debt. You shouldn't even be looking at my signed consent form.you are avoiding the original complaint. I have, per my phone records, that your company used a robocaller, to attempt to collect this debt. As per the original complaint, I asked your company to validate said debt, by regular mail ONLY. You have yet to comply with my request. Any other statement on behalf if CSCB, is invalid and irrelevant.

Sincerely,

This company has accounts totaling 6 account of miniscule balances but they do not belong to me. They state that this is someone's medical information per Hippa they should not share with me someone else medical information which they have. They have on top of this added insult to injury by ruining my credit and defaming my character. The account numbers given are *** totaling 3 accounts 1 for $48, another for $44 and another for $220.00. Then I am told their is an account number *** totaling two accounts 1 for $118and another for $180 and lastly I am told their is an account number *** for $101.00. THESE ARE NOT MY ACCOUNTS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN MY ACCOUNTS TO MY KNOWLEDGE. They have refused to provide an Authorization for Services rendered with explanation of services yet refuse to remove someone else private information from my credit report. This has caused me to lose housing, financing and more. If this is not removed I will be forced to file for triple damages plus punitive of $20,000 for Defamation, violating the FCRA, violating privacy Law (HIPPA) AND MORE. We in good faith agreed to pay $200 a month until out debt to *** is paid in full. Despite paying our agreed price well in advance of the due date, this collection company is continuing to ACH Debit my checking account for a second payment each month. This has twice bounced my account and this month has left me short to pay my mortgage. This has got to stop!!!! We DID NOT agree to any sort of ACH payments AT ALL!

Customer Response • Jul 05, 2020

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find although their response is not totally honest and accurate, I accept the resolution is satisfactory to me as they did refund the last payment deducted. I have blocked them from ACH debiting my account in the future. So they will not be able to do it again.

I have been making monthly payments to *** as their invoices come to me as I have racked up so many medical costs after my multiple surgeries and have missed a lot of work as well, I h=then receive a bill from CBCS collection agency before I even have a chance to make another monthly payment. I told the hospital I would continue to make monthly payments until mu balance is cleared. There is no need for this company to be involved in this matter and I believe they are just threatening to use this against my credit report because they are not a medical provider and will cause problems with my credit moving forward.

CBCS received a Revdex.com complaint on June 8, 2020 from *** in regards to CBCS account number ***. This account was placed with *** on May 28, 2020.
In his complaint, *** states that he was paying *** andCBCS does not need to be involved in this matter. He also states that CBCS is threatening to use this information against his credit report. Upon receipt of this complaint, CBCS immediately stopped all collection activity on ***’s account and investigated his dispute.
CBCS verified this account is for services rendered at *** on January 2, 2020 for charges totaling $10,975.00. Insurance payments and adjustments in the amount of $8,410.61 and payments by *** in the amount of $950.00 were applied to this account, leaving the remaining balance of $1,614.39. CBCS was unable to locate documentation of a payment agreement in ***’s system but did confirm *** was making voluntary payments with the last payment in the amount of $100 applied on May 5, 2020.
On June 9, 2020, *** contacted CBCS and advised that he would be mailing a payment in the amount of $114.39 and then mail payments of $100.00 per month beginning on July 3, 2020. CBCS verified no reference to this account is on file with any of the National Consumer Reporting Agencies. Payments are reported to *** weekly.

I have an outstanding debt that CBCS is collecting. My problem is there online services to pay on the account is not working. I have left numerous messages with their service department to help and clear up this issue. I continue to make payments however I must Call in and speak to a representative and manually give the information. I would like to be able to pay my bill online like I do all of my other bills. At least six phone calls have gone on answered no one has called me back. This is no way to conduct business it’s been over a month and they still don’t have their website working. They should at least have the decency to call me back I have not heard anything. This is very unprofessional and very non-businesslike.

Sincerely,CBCSConsumer AssistanceCompliance Department

1. On April 23, 2020, I discovered an alleged *** charge om my checking account with ***
2. The alleged transaction was on March 25, 2020 in amount of ***, as follows:
WITHDRAWAL CBCS TYPE:
***
3. I called the 855 number at 5:14 on April 23, 2020 for 23 seconds and listened to message. Since time of my call was after normal business hours, I planned to call again.

4. On Monday, April 27, 2020, at 9;41 a.m.,for 1 minute and 3 seconds, I called the 855 number for CBCS, and received message that: (1) no representative was available, (2) to leave my name and telephone number; and (3) that my call would be returned as soon as possible

No response from CBCS.
5. I called again at 1:00 p.m., on April 27, 2020, because no call was returned. There was the same message from CBCS. I complied with the instructions and added that I was calling about the March 25th withdrawal on my account of *** and that I did not recognize this transaction.

No response from CBCS.

6. I again called the 855 number. and repeated the process of the second call of April 27th, on the following dates and times:
Monday, May 4, 2020, at 12:51 p.m., for 1 minute and 33 seconds;
Tuesday, May 5, 2020, at 3:22 p.m, for 1 minute and 31 seconds; and
Thursday, May 7, 2020, at 9:25 a.m., for 1 minute and 39 seconds.

No response was received from CBCS.

7. On Thursday, May 7, 2020, I searched CBCS online and found another number for them
877-886-7331

8. I called this 877 number for CBCS at 9:34 a.m., on Thursday, May 7, 2020, for 1 minute and 29 seconds, received same generic message as on the 855 number. I repeated what I said to CBCS in the preceding 4 calls to it.

9. Meanwhile, I called my bank, PSECU, contesting the CBCS charge, PSECU will refund me the ***.

10. As I was writing this Complaint using my desk computer, I received call from 877-736-9833, at 10:30 a.m, for 4 minutes and 58 seconds, from Matt at CBCS to whom I voiced displease at delayed call.

He advised me that he called me before, but that CBCS does not leave voice messages.

After Matt's call, I checked my cell phone, and saw a cal from this number on April 28, 2020 at 11:45 a.mm for 11 seconds, at which time I was attending a medical appointment.

The number does not identify that it was from CBCS and to my recall it did not appear as a missed call.

I advised Matt I had no recall of the March 25th alleged ACH transaction on my PSECU checking account.

He checked, and advised me that the March 25, 2020 ACH transaction on my PSECU checking account was made by Joan Wenzel.

I advised Matt that Joann and I divorced effective February 25, 2020 and that by Court Order she can make no charge to me.

When I asked for information about the ACH transaction on my account, Matt said to me that he could not give me any other information without consent of my now ex-wife, Joann Wenzel.
(Joann was to revert to her prior married name of Joann Mugford.)

Matt advised that Joann needs to call CBCS at 800-596-4047 to authorize CBCS to talk to me about the contested March 25, 2020 ACH charge to me of ***.

I calmly expressed to Matt that it is unusual to not disclose to me supporting information to justify CBCS taking *** from my checking account.

I will text my ex-wife, Joann Wenzel, to call CBCS at 800-596-4047 as instructed by Matt of CBCS.

11. I file this Revdex.com Complaint, because:

(1) CBCS can not without my consent lawfully charge me by action of Joann Wenzel, even if she was married to me on March 25, 2020; and

(2) CBCS will not give me supporting information on the transaction, even thought it took money from my checking account on an ACH transaction, without Joann Wenzel allowing CBCS to release information to me.

Got a call from this company (CBCS) regarding past due charges from 2018! They are telling me I owe then *** something dollars for a hospital visit. I never received a formal letter, never got a phone call until today and was unaware of any of this. I am hoping they don't hit my credit with this, as I set up a payment plan but she said it is still eligible to... that does not make sense if I set up installments. I don't think this is right nor do I think it is fair.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

I received this collection notice even though I never received a bill for this. I’ve called the hospital the visit was from and get the run around. I’ve called cbcs and get a run around. I think I am being billed for one of my children’s surgery but not the other - same day. This collection notice is sent to me under my maiden name, which I was married 2 years before this collection notice is from. No one can give me answers as to why I have this collection notice and never received a bill, why I even had this bill, or why it is in my maiden name. Am I supposed to pay this? I don’t have a collection posted on my credit report?

When calling CBCS, I spoke to someone that advised me they were a debt collector. They read me the mini-Miranda and advised me it was an attempt to collect a debt by a debt collector. When I asked the debt collector for their debt collector license number, he advised me that he was not a licensed debt collector and only had an employee number. I asked him why he claimed to be a debt collector attempting to collect a debt? His response was that the company was a debt collector attempting to collect the debt, and that the companies legal department advised him he needs to say that even though he is not a licensed debt collector. Is this a new debt collection practice in the state of Minnesota that I'm unaware of??

This company is the worst! They constantly call and harass you and argue with you. Very unprofessional people. They actual called me on my way to the hospital for surgery and they kept me on the phone for 45 minutes, I finally had to hang up on her since she was screaming on the phone at me. I have made payments to them in the past and they said that I've never made a payment to them. Therefore, the hospital said that I haven't paid anything on my bills.
This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. The harassment that I have received from them is uncalled for and absolutely ridiculous! They also say they have mailed me copies of the bills they have there on multiple occasions and they haven't. I called them multiple times to get copies of what they say I owe them and I've received 2 in the past probably 13 years.
I would absolutely caution people to keep all receipts made to them. I have contacted the different credit bureaus and they are showing that these accounts have been closed out due to how old they are and this company is still trying to get money for something that has been closed.

I have been dealing with this company for the past 3 or 4 years, and up until very recently the dealings had been pleasant. That was until I received a letter on July 5, that was dated June 30, stating that per a phone conversation on June 27 I agreed to pay $50 on July 6. I NEVER talked with anyone on June 27 (I was dealing with a sudden death in my family). I tried to call them on July 5, but of course it went directly to voicemail. I left a message that I NEVER talked to anyone on June 27, that I NEVER arranged a payment for July 6, and that I don't get paid until July 11 and won't have the money until then. I still have yet to talk to anyone about this. The payment was in fact processed today today (hopefully it doesn't cause any financial issues before I get paid). I'm currently looking at what options I have for filing complaints against them.
