Ms*** had called into customer service on 3/27/2017, outside of the 14-day trial windowThe agent that she spoke with clearly explained the terms and conditions and company policy and offered MsCarter a refund of 50% to resolve the complaint. Ms*** accepted the offer and a 50% refund was applied to both orders. At the time we considered the matter resolved, however in light of the additional complaint, we've gone ahead and issued a full refund on Ms*** most recent shipment sent 3/19/2017. Please allow 3-business days for the transaction to appear on her statement. We hope the step taken help to resolve Ms*** complaint and would like to thank her for the feed back.
