Revelations Tattoo

Review: I got a Gift Certificate for $400 worth of work. I called made an appt. and I went in one guy named ** said he was running behind so I sat and waited. I sat and waited for almost 2 hours past my appointment time, and as I sat and waited I noticed that it was really dirty and messy had a funny smell. When it was my turn I had made an appointment with a guy that told me they would be able to tattoo me a half sleeve for the $400 I said cool, well I ended up talking with the owner who informed me that he would only give me the bare min. of work for the $400. I asked well what will that get me and he told me that that would only get me the outline of the tattoo and I said what about the shading and stuff he said no just the outline. I then started to get upset and ask questions and tell him that is a rip off and he said well now you have put me in a bad mood and I want you to get out of my shop and don't come back. He was very rude and talked really bad to me. Told me that I was not welcome there, Mind you This is a Tattoo shop that claims to be of the lord and all that. Blasting Church and prayer on the TV in the shop its really bad. The bathroom is sooooo dirty and there is pee all over the floor. I am very upset that I was treated so bad by a person and shop that is about God.Desired Settlement: If possible I would like a gift certificate for the same amount of worth $400 that I got because I will not ever go back to this place and have no use for this gift certificate for there shop. But would like one for a different shop (Dutch Touch Tattoo) also in El Cajon, CA. I thank you and hope that I never have to go through something like this again.
