I truly apologize for the delay in this response, as well as the representation this man feels about my companyThere is no good excuse why it took me so long to respond, but I remember this day and situation very wellThe statement he made has and true info within itThis situation and
accident had absolutely nothing to do within working hours, job sites, or Revelle Roofing & Exteriors. On the day of the accident I was at my house working in the garage*** ***, who was the driver of the other vehicle, was either working for himself or not working or sleeping or somethingWhatever he was doing had nothing to do with me or my company that day or even the week before thatHe does random work for me doing windows and screensHe is a subcontractor for Revelle Roofing & Exteriors, he does work for himself and others I got a call from another worker of mine (*** ***) that he saw *** *** in the *** parking lot and it looked like he got into a wreckI care about the people I know and wanted to make sure he was OK, so I drove down there because it was literally houses down from my house*** *** *** *** *** ** ***When I drove down the street to get there I saw the wreck and pulled in I then went to *** and the police to make sure everyone was ok*** *** wasn't ok, and seemed to suffer a concussionSo I was trying to decipher from him and get through to *** to help the PoliceHe didn't have his license on him and couldn't find insurance and other items he needed. I made the mistake of being a nice guy by giving this guy my card and telling him I will assure *** gets him the info needed so his insurance company can handle the damageI had zero to do with this situationI just told this guy that I wouldn't let *** run from him(NOT KNOWING IF HE WOULD OR NOT) I even called the man back to ensure *** got in contact with him and had *** call himI should have just stayed out of it What *** *** does on his personal time and working for others is out of my control.I apologize for any inconvenience my late response created and hope we can get this settledI do not feel I own any money

Absolutely and positively satisfied with the roofing job done on my home and would recommend Revelle Roofing without reservation. They are always available and quickly answered any questions I might have. The job was very complete in all respects. Would use them again for sure.

Revelle recently replaced our roof. The owner was very professional and provided a quality product at a reasonable price.

We did do the work on the home back in October 2015. When the customer called back on 09/16 to inquire about the leak, we did schedule a time to make the appointment for the following day. There was a personal matter that happened, which pushed a few of our repair jobs back. At the time the customer...

tried to reach us on the phone, we were also upgrading our phone system. We had not realized that we were missing phone calls until recently. Since this complaint, we have spoken with the customer and have repaired her work. We apologize for the inconvenience on trying to reach us, and we have since went back to our old phone system. We have a great reputation and sincerely apologize for this issue.
