Review: I ordered a sharp sharp 70" LED TV model# LC70LE757U from them back on 12/1/13 (My order# [redacted], I was notified that I would receive this item by 12/12-12/13 and after at least (6) attempts via email to [email protected] and [email protected] along with trying to reach them via phone @ 509-561-9401 without respone. They claim all items are brand new with factory warranty and they ship insured. After I made my payment they sent me a shipping notification and I asked for tracking info without response and to date have not received.Desired Settlement: I paid revelrie per their direction using an Amazon Gift card for $1,215.00 -- They stated this was the only method of payment they could accept to honor that price otherwise there would be 15% in taxes.

Review: Ordered product on line and paid with Amazon gift card for TV. I received several emails stating prodcut had left their warehouse on 12/2 and would be delivered via USPS between 12-10 and 12-11. The business however will no longer answer any email inquires regarding a tracking number or outcome of product order. I have aslo reported to postal service for investigation and will notify AMAZON and any other social media necessary to avoid a scam.Desired Settlement: Investigate this company as valid and not a scam.

Review: On Dec 5, 2013 I purchased online a LG 47" TV from this company. The cost was $387 and shipping was free. By email they notified me that the set would be delivered either 12 or 13 Dec. The set has not yet arrived (18 Dec). I have attempted to contact them several times via email and I have received no answer. I also cannot find a telephone number for them.Desired Settlement: I would truly like the TV delivered as promised. If this is not possible I would like a refund of $387.

Review: I ordered a Nikon 5100 from revelrie.com on December 2, 2013. This website had appeared during a 'best price' product search for the Nikon on bizrate.com. I researched the company and found a few positive reviews, and no negative reviews. I realize now that the positive reviews were most likely fake. The accepted payment was an amazon gift card for the exact amount. The total cost was $401. Their payment page brought the customer directly to a gift card purchase through Amazon. I was notified that the payment was received via email, and that shipment could be expected between December 12-13th. The 13th had passed, and still no camera, so I started trying to contact revelrie.com to obtain tracking information. I never received a reply. I made several attempts afterward, to no avail.

I contacted Amazon yesterday (December 18th) to alert them of this potential scam involving their website. They told me that the card was cashed in by someone named "Jessica". Amazon took my information and gave me the contact information for my amazon visa card to dispute the charge. I am not sure if this dispute will be successful or not.

I tried to visit the revelrie website today, and it appears that the site was removed.

Thank you in advance for your help.Desired Settlement: Aside from a successful dispute for the charge or a refund, it is also my hope to prevent others from sharing the same fate as me. This was supposed to be a special Christmas gift for my teenage daughter.

Review: I ordered a MacBook Air computer through the website on November 29, 2013 for $630.00. A confirmation email was sent on December 2, 2013 stated it was shipped and expected arrival was December 10-11 2013. I have emailed the company several times (at least four) without a response. I have tried to call them on the following phone number 1-509-561-9401 and it appears to be their fax number. I have not received the computer.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to send me the computer I ordered or provide a refund.

Review: Company advertised a Pentax 12-24mm F4.0 camera lens for $536. That was a resonable price for surplus since a very reputable camera source had sold out of their surplused items at a similar price. Revelrie has an extensive web storefront and cross referenced web pages that connect to legit source material. I proceed through web correspondence to request purchase. Loaded the "cart" and then the reply popped up that they would offer free shipping (resonable for the price and weight of the item) but I must cooperate through their affiliation with Amazon (turns out they aren't affiliated and you can't see this message unless you set up an account. They said if I used Visa, MC, Discover, ETC they would have to tack on additional taxes and a service charge but purchasing via Amazon would avoid this for them and me. They asked for an Amazon gift card made out in the exact amount of the purchase. I didn't think my way through that this was effectively cash. They accepted the card although now I realize their replay came from a slightly different URL email location. They startedusing the card--whose registration numbers and valid and traced by Amazon. They never shipped anything. I've notified Amazon who has taken their own action. I have notified the district attornew responsible for the twon of New Castle. DE.Desired Settlement: Money back.
