Review: I placed an order on April **, 2014 and my credit card was charged the following day, April **, 2014 for a 'starter kit' to be mailed to my home. It's been 5 weeks now, I have not received my package or shipping notification. I have personally reached out 3 times to this business and have not received any kind of response from anyone within the company.Desired Settlement: I would like the amount that was charged on my credit card to be refunded immediately.
