unable to install the software license on an uncertified PC and guarantee the software performance.  Revention provided [redacted] with a 64% discount on a new [redacted] workstation which he purchased on 6/19/2015.  The Revention customer service assisted with the remote installation of the new [redacted] PC and kitchen printer.  Thank you,  Revention Customer Service [redacted]

Revention has more than 10,000 customers world-wide and has maintained more than 95% user satisfaction will all clients. [redacted] has created his own category by cursing just about everyone in every department at Revention, threats, and trying to steal service by lying and saying he is calling...

from another location.This customer takes away focus from the may 1000's of extremely satisfied Revention customers and we just can't take the verbal abuse and threats any longer. [redacted] can no longer be a service customer of Revention as it does not meet either of our business requirements any longer.There is no refund policy after 30 days when purchasing any product from Revention.Revention will be sending a check for 50% of all software and hardware costs purchased from Revention.Revention will also cancel and terminate any and all pending contracts without any penalties.[redacted] will send back any Software, Software Keys, and all Hardware as specified in all purchases from Revention damage free.[redacted] will receive his check 7 days after the above is received and validated as working condition.We will miss you [redacted].

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
This does not resolve the issue.  I am to far in it to turn it back in. I don't understand a lot of your reasons why you run your business the way you do.  I was a little upset about the credit card processing issues as I know a lot of your customers where and still are.  I didn't like you were charging us for the fix I know some people you didn't charge at all and others you charged.  I was going to get my credit card processing issue fixed without having to pay for it like others.  Since I did pay for it and it was fixed since you didn't charge others would it be possible to credit my account the amont I paid? That's the only thing I am really asking for.  At first I was told it was going to be 1600 dollars can you imagine how that would make you feel?  It ended up only costing 480. Thank you for understanding my frustration, and I apologize for any previous call we may of had where we seen things differently.
