As I stated previously, We have closed the account and issued a deletionThis was done as a courtesy to the consumer Not too sure if the complainant read my previous response to his complaint or not as I already stated we would close and delete the account from his creditHe does not need to contact us for this to happen but if he wanted his secure log in to print out any paperwork he would need to contact our office

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Asking for a letter in writing in regards to the agreement is not a crimeIt seems the agency does not want to put anything in writingRetaliating by retracted their previous resolution to accept payment without placing on a credit report appears to be a retaliation and poor practiceThe company has not attempted to reach a resolution to this matterAll accusations by this company appear to slander my credibility

Since Ms *** doesn't appreciate all the help we have given her over the years by keeping this off her credit report and accepting her small sporadic payments, BALANCE IN FULL is now due immediately and we have removed the courtesy credit reporting hold on both of her accountsHer courtesy Online access to her accounts has been deactivated as well and interest will now be applied to her accounts on a monthly basis staring this month
We have gone above and beyond our process to help Ms *** with her MORAL and LEGAL financial obligations to the hospitals SHE attended in her time medical needSince both of the hospitals that she attended are NOT for PROFIT Hospitals, people not paying their bills ultimately takes a toll on the Hospitals A/R and detracts from the overall service they provide to our valued community of HawaiiAs she no longer lives in our state, she may not realize some of the financial burdens these hospitals go through
We Apologize to the Revdex.com as these types of Revdex.com complaints not only a waste my time but the Revdex.coms as well as we have obeyed all collection laws and mailed Ms *** over letter on both of her accounts and have spoken to her over times she she has been placed into collections and now this is we believe the 3rd time she has filed a complain with the Revdex.com making outrageous and erroneous claims against us and our Hospital ClientsPlease advise Mr *** that balance in full is now due Immediately
Again we apologize to the Revdex.com as you have much more important issues to deal with then to advise consumers that they need to pay their bills in a timely manner or they will have deal with these types of repercussions

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I sent them a letter of response on 5-13-2014, along with copies of my insurance policy and photo i.dwithin days as the letter from RCM requested. I never got a letter from them since,. so I assumed that my insurance handled it. as for phone calls I do not answer them anymore because we get so many calls that it is bordering harrassment. enough is enough. I responded to the letter as I stated earlier and wrote on on the original bill the date I sent it. I do not believe they did not receive the my response, what are the odds? it does not really matter if the bill was from *** or *** *** because I sent that letter! now if they sent me another letter for final reponse I would have responded immediately, before they reported me to a credit bureau. I have been laid-off and stopped receiving unemployment benefits even before they tried contacting me on the phonespeaking to them would be futile. because I have no income. I do not understand that I still have to contact them for removal of that report on my credit. they reported it then they should remove it
Sincerely,
*** ***

We have no control over the fact that these accounts should have been paid many many years ago with the respective original creditors involvedThe reason Mrs *** is in collections in the first place is she failed to pay her accounts in a timely manner
Nevertheless, It is our
intention to work with her as she has been making monthly payments on these accounts for many yearsThis is why we have the accounts on a "courtesy" credit hold to ensure that they do not hit her credit as a negative collection ItemAfter personal review of her accounts, we don't have have a problem waiving the interest that we can legally charge per federal ans state law
Please have this consumer call our office as we may be able to work out some sort of settlement on her accounts to save her money and expedite her getting out of collections

To Whom it may Concern,RCM Hawaii has never received any inbound correspondence from Mr*** via phone of US postal ServiceIf we did receive any such correspondence or dispute, RCM would have placed the account on hold and forwarded any insurance information to our client ***
*** *** for a insurance re-billThis would have also initiated a permanent Credit Report HOLD on Mr.*** account and prevented any further phone calls to Mr.*** home phone #As Mr*** admitted in his complaint, he knew that there was a issue with his insurance NOT paying his bills as they his insurance failed to pay his Ambulance bill as wellUnfortunately it is the insurance policy holders responsibility to make sure that his insurance pays all providers in a timely manner and not the responsibility of the providersPlease explain to Mr*** that this is NOT a Revdex.com issue as he should have taken this up his insurance company to find out why they failed to pay his bills or try and contact all the providers involved and provide them with VALID insurance policy informationRAI also tried to reach out to Mr.*** numerous times by sending him letters and making phone calls to the ph# provided with no return correspondence from Mr.*** In my further investigation of this account with my client, this has nothing to do with a 2-16-date of service at *** as RAI does not do business with *** Hospital and they have their own internal Radiology Department as well as the Date of service for this claim is 11/20/with services being rendered through *** *** *** ***Nevertheless, I have closed the account in my systemPlease have him contact my office so we can walk him through website so he can print out his letter of deletion to have this removed from his credit reportMahalo Nui Loa,*** ***

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/05/13) */
The accounts were placed into collections in April of 2013. When we spoke to Mr.[redacted] in November of 2013 he stated that both accounts were paid when they were not. I was able to verify both payments were made at the ending of December...

of 2013. I have closed the accounts and the calls will stop. I have also left a message on Mr.[redacted] phone to call me directly so I can walk him through our online portal to retrieve his Letters should he need proof that these were paid.
thanks,
[redacted]

As I stated previously, We have closed the account and issued a deletion. This was done as a courtesy to the consumer.  Not too sure if the complainant read my previous response to his complaint or not as I already stated we would close and delete the account from his credit. He does not need to contact us for this to happen but if he wanted his secure log in to print out any paperwork he would need to contact our office.

I have spoken directly to Mrs. [redacted] and I have advised her that I will be closing her account in our system. She also advised me that she will contact me directly should she have any problems downloading her documents from our website.

Asking for a letter in writing in regards to the agreement is not a crime. It seems the agency does not want to put anything in writing. Retaliating by retracted their previous resolution to accept payment without placing on a credit report appears to be a retaliation and poor practice. The company has not attempted to reach a resolution to this matter. All accusations by this company appear to slander my credibility.
