Review: I spoke with a representative from this company to discontinue services with a patient we sent for collections. They have been extremely rude and uncooperative about the entire situation. An email was supposed to be sent to me for confirmation that patient was taken off their list and was no longer an active client of theirs but no email has been received or confirmation since submitting a request nearly a three weeks ago. This is a time sensitive issue and it has been very frustrating. I hope this can be resolved as quickly as possible.Desired Settlement: I would just like a simple email from this company stating that patient is no longer active in their system and has been taken off collections.
