I have a credit for finishing some offers on kashkick and I’m not able to contact the company there’s no support unless I haven’t been credited and since I’ve been credited I can’t collect all I want to know is how do I collect my credits that I’ve earned

I have completed an offer and rewards are supposed to be available with in 5 mins and I can see my account has been credited but there is no way to cash out the funds showing available and no way to contact support.

You guys are liars y'all sit here and make long paragraphs and try to make everybody who reported you guys make them out to be liars you guys are the liars because I had the same situation now I'm banned I filled out your offers I even use real money and when it came to pay up you guys kept taking me around and around and around and playing a lot of games I contacted you guys customer service you guys are very unprofessional very rude and the same information you claim we aren't responding back to or fulling out right we are answering them back we are filling out the information you guys are asking for out and fast why would be fo through all that time, effort, and real money if we didn't want the payout... Make it make sense now smh I even did it and still nothing even if it's in you guys face when it tells you I paid for the offer and use my own money y'all kept asking for the same information you all had all the email addresses all the screenshots everything y'all needed and you guys kept sending me the same message over and over and over again playing you guys are liars you sit here and try to make long paragraphs so people won't know you guys are liars you guys are very unprofessional you don't want to do your job and you don't want to pay out if that's the case you should shut down your program because all you guy's are doing is wasting people time, money, and efforts you guys are big liars trying to cover y'all behinds and unprofessional

Disgusting
They block you from their offer wall to prevent you from inquiring about your credits offers to put less work in for them. They are highly unprofessional and will talk to you any kind of way. I got banned fit no reason and they still haven’t uplift it. I will be taking legal action and speaking to someone higher up.

Revenueuniverse.com does not make good on reward promises in surveys
After spending 1 1/2 hours to complete 2 surveys for revenueuniverse.com which is a means of advertising by placing it's surveys on sites such as Design Home. The incentive to complete the surveys are diamond rewards that can be used on the Design Home App. The first survey lasted about 40 minutes and was regarding local and national publications such as the St. Pete Times. I was told upon completion that it was successful, yet no reward posted on my app account. The second survey was for Comcast's sponsorship of the upcoming Olympics. This survey took 50-60 minutes and upon completion (after the fact) I was informed I didn't qualify. No reward once again. Each survey was to post 1472 diamonds on my account for a total of 3944 diamonds I was not rewarded. I emailed a complaint informing them that if I get no response I will be posting it on social media and inform the app developer and will definitely be mentioning the sponsors.

steps: Log into Gaia OnlineVisit the Revenue Universe "Earn Gaia Cash" PageHit the Customer Support Icon in the top right of the OfferwallFile a missing credit report for the LifeLock offer on that page Once the following steps have been completed the user will be awarded their Gaia Cash within days after we investigate and confirm they completed the offer This is the only way that we can award the Gaia Cash as we do not receive important technical identifying information of the customer needed to award Gaia Cash through any other method such as e-mail or phone

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I had submitted a credit report request shortly after (about an hour to two hours after the offer was completed, and credits were still not deposited into my account) on the day that the offer was successfully completed (June 23rd)As it stands, this is three weeks past the "day" estimate since I have sent that credit report via the Revenue Universe portal on Gaiaonline.com, and was never contacted, nor provided the service that I had paid forI've uploaded documents both confirming that this is the case, as well as my email from LifeLock confirming my account creation (with date and time that the email was sent)

rewarding virtual currency is a very technical process, we CANNOT provide it via e-mail as it does not have the required technical information for us to distribute.  I have attached the consumers e-mail to our support team, as well as their response, which is what the consumer must do in order for us to provide the [redacted]. We responded within 24 hours of the original e-mail that was sent and even followed up on the e-mail after receiving this complaint, and the consumer has yet to reply or take the appropriate action to claim their credits, so we have done everything we can to honor this request, but cannot be held accountable when the consumer is not answering us or completing the appropriate steps.

This customer has been distributed their Gaia Cash.  In the previous complaint there was no mention that they had followed to correct process.  At the time of writing, LifeLock has still not confirmed that the customer purchased the product, the 7 days is an estimate as an average time period it takes an advertiser to investigate issues like this.  We have, however, distributed the Gaia Cash in good faith that the customer indeed purchased the product.
