Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Reverb.com is again ignoring the actual complaint of their systematlicly holding funds longer then necessary (I had to file a [redacted] complaint to where [redacted] had to force Reverb.com to refund my money Reverb.com did not voluntarily return the money) and Reverb.com ignores emails with regards to this issueI am due a refund for the two separate times Reverb.com has made money of holding my money in their account to profit from the interest in their account and only gives refunds when threatened with legal action.Again; see the full details in my complaint & have Reverb actually address themThere are other complaints in the Revdex.com system against Reverb.com for these issues Sincerely, [redacted]

situation, that was Monday the 17thWe are well within the stated time frame for payouts using Direct CheckoutFurthermore, users opt into our Direct Checkout service and they can opt-out as wellIf this user prefers using PayPal-only, that's certainly their prerogative.The proceeds from the sale have been issued and should hit this users bank account shortly, depending on how long their bank takes to processes ACH transfers

Similar to how your credit card company would not let us call and request a charge be canceled on your behalf, [redacted] will only interact with the account holder...

themselves. However, you may be able to dispute this transaction directly through [redacted] to expedite the return of your funds. It's a pretty straightforward process, but we're happy to guide you through it if it's not something you're familiar with. I am rejecting this response because:All Reverb.com is saying they don't do this they are not responding to the issue details at all the proof that they do this is in the [redacted] claim details in which Reverb.com already has in which [redacted] sided with me on this issue & forced Reverb.com to issue my refund in the second return when I did not use [redacted] Reverb.com held on to my money without returning it for a month (!) then only refunded me when I stated I would file a [redacted] claim. Reverb.com still has not stated why they ignore emails (which is the stated way to contact Reverb.com per their own policy) and delay paying funds over due which is why there are currently 18 other like complaints against Reverb.com on the [redacted] currently.Reverb.com needs to address these issues & follow through with the previously stated resolution - not do what they are doing which is to simply restate that there is not problem - if there is no problem why are their 18 other like [redacted] complaints against Reverb.com?
