I have tried to get replacement parts for my Adjustable bed for months now, I have supplied reverie with a video as asked by customer service and yet has responded or returned my phone calls. As earlier complaints on the Revdex.com I can relate having the same issues

I purchased a king size mattress, box springs and Reverie adjustable base on 10/10/15 from Sleep Experts. I am now having issues with the remote not working to adjust the bed. This is the only way to adjust the bed and it is stuck in an awkward position. I have contacted Reverie many, many, many times. I have only been able to get thru to them on one occasion and was told that I needed my serial# in order them to look it up and I was not at home at the time. I got the information and called back and have not been able to reach anyone now. After you hold for a representative for 5 minutes, their system automatically transfers your call to a voice mail. I have left tons of voice mails and no call back. I am frustrated as my husband and I can not even sleep in our bed at the moment because he has back issues and that was the reason we purchased the bed and with it being stuck in an awkward position and no way to adjust it! I purchased the warranty on the bed and did verify with the Sleep Experts where I purchased it from the warranty is still in effect. I need to get this situation resolved asap

The powered adjustable 8Q base on my two twin beds that Reverie sold me had both the control boxes go out at the same time with electrical fusing intact. Reverie is blaming a power surge for destroying the control boxes that lift and lower the bed. The bed is less than seven months old. The fuses... were not blown and are the only protection of the control box on the bed. They are refusing to honor warranty of the power boxes even though they have deficient protection for the control boxes.
During my phone conversation with one of the service representative and company supervisor both informed me the current issue with my adjustable base is not covered by the 20 year Limited Warranty, which only covers manufacturing defects and is based upon the age of the base. Company supervisor quoted me a price of $400 per unit with a $200 technician fee to replace both units in the base. However, I receive an email from the supervisor for submission to my home owner’s insurance company and not only does the original quote double but the company representative-supervisor also denounce/remove any and all company liability for the replacement parts. The quote provided in company letter is $150 less than the purchase price of a brand new adjustable bed from Reverie! This is a classic act of bait and switch.

No, I'll not be purchasing a replacement "Reverie 8Q Technology “Package Deal” Overhaul Kit" from Reverie for the "Discounted" price of $1838.

Yes, I'll do my due diligence and find another company to purchase a replacement adjustable bed from that truly believe in providing true quality customer service who stands behind their product.

I have opened a complaint with *** today through your office. The company did make good on satisfying the conditions of the complaint. How do we close the complaint?
