response because:
We never received a Notice of Action or an invoice for the appraisal as they have stated as of Novemember 14, 2016.We also do not agree with what they are saying about the closing date they gave us upfrontI have voice messages as well as e-mails from Reverse Mortgage Loan officer we were working with.We do not agree that there was not paperwork for the easementThere is an easement recorded at the *** *** ***, Pikeville, TN and it is also stated in our Deed of Trust that this easement is there, so they are wrong in our opinion that there is not one recordedThey need to know the laws of the State of TN regarding easements.By HUD/FHA requirements Reverse Mortgages Incdid not get the appraisal to the new lender within days as it was first requestedIt was over weeks.Reverse Mortgages Incstate that they would be happy to continue to work on the loan if the new lender cannot get the loan doneIf they could not get it closed in months what makes them think that it could come back to them and they would or could actually close the loanIf they could have closed the loan we would have let them but plainly they were not able to do so then so how can they say they can now after a complaint was filed.I guess at this point it really does not matter because what has been done cannot be changedJust hoping to get a reverse mortgage done in a timely manner
