Review: I have been trying for several months to have my personal information (name, address, phone number) completely removed from ReverseIT.us. My information appeared on two webpages. I have followed the site's privacy policy (http://www.reverseit.us/privacy-policy/) for having my information removed. I have sent two Data Removal Request Forms to ReverseIT Enterprises - Opt Out Compliance Department, [redacted] Ave, STE [redacted], AZ [redacted] along with proof of my identity by certified mail. Later, my information was removed from the first webpage. However, as of this writing, my information is continuing to appear on the second webpage. I do not understand why, if my information was removed from the first webpage, it has not been removed from the second webpage. About two weeks ago I sent an email to [redacted]@mdlinnovations.com, but I have not received a response. Previously I had also sent emails to [email protected] and [email protected], but have never received a response. ReverseIT's privacy policy states "Please allow upwards of 30 days for us to fully process your Data Removal Request." I do not understand why ReverseIT is refusing to honor its own publicly stated privacy policy.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my personal information (name, address, phone number) completely removed from ReverseIT.us.
