This is incorrect. He actually signed up with us on 12/8/at 2:39:pm PST and here are the charges that were refunded:
12/8/ - $ (sign up date)1/20/- $3/1/ - $4/1/ - $5/1/ - $7/8/ - $8/15/- $9/15/- $10/15/-$Total = $3,All of these can be verified with our merchant account2) Our attorney is on vacation and has been in communication with us. We can have him respond to him on Monday or Tuesday when he is back3) We have done the services that we offer. We are happy to provide proof of this and proof of communication attempts including phone records from our phone vendor as well as email correspondence

businesses to improve their online reputation One way we accomplish this goal is to promote positive information throughout the internet, which can be in the form of a review, video, image, social media platform or many other venues Because we can't control the internet and because of the dynamic changes that occur rapidly our sales and customer service department go through extensive training on phone etiquette in how to manage expectations Every business is different and we can never state a certain time frame or an exact result of our service, however we do achieve the overall goal of creating and maintaining a healthy online reputation for our clients in time Communication is priority number and we have been investigating diligently on what exactly happened in this case and what improvements can come out of this We have reached out to the *** *nd have come up with a solution to this situation by offering them a full refund as well as transferring ownership The check went out today to fulfill our end of the settlement
