I WOULD LIKE TO START BY SAYING NEVER RENT FROM [redacted] PARTICULARLY REVIS AND REVISI MOVED OUT OF MY APARTMENT ON 12/20/IN WHICH I DID A WALK THROUGH WITH SOME GUY WHO WORKED FOR THE COMPANYI GAVE HIM SETS OF KEYS AND MY RECEIPT THAT SHOWS I HAD MY CARPET CLEANED WHICH WAS NEVER CLEANED WHEN I MOVED INHE TOOK PICTURES OF THE APARTMENT HE STATED HE WASN’T THE ONE TO DO THE APPRAISAL ON THE APARTMENT WHICH I UNDERSTOOD NOW LETS GET TO MY REASON FOR MOVING IT WAS JUST TIMETHE NEIGHBOR HAD PRETTY MUCH MOVED INTO MY APARTMENT YOU MIGHT AS WELL SAY NOW THIS IS A BEDROOM APARTMENT TOWNHOUSETHE REASON I MOVED IN THE AREA BECAUSE IT WAS SMOKE FREE AND YOU COULD HAVE PETS ACCORDING THE LEASE I SIGNED WELL LETS JUST SAY NONE OF THOSE RULES MUST TO HAVE APPLIED TO THEM I WORK NIGHTS THEY HAVE A GERMAN SHEPARD THAT BARKS THE ENTIRE TIME THERE GONE THROUGH OUT THE DAYAS IF THIS ISN'T ENOUGH THERE ARE CHILDREN LIVING THERE ALL ABOVE THE AGE OFF BUT LETS

We are responding to Ms [redacted] complaint filed 3/8/ On 12/20/our property inspector [redacted] met with the tenant to do the move out inspection Pictures were taken and deficiencies were pointed out to tenant during the inspection and the tenant signed the check out sheet listing items that were dirty and in need of cleaning and the items in need of repair due to tenant damage In addition, the tenant did not turn in a carpet cleaning bill as required by her lease and the carpet was not clean We have also sent you the pictures that were taken at the time of check out After getting everything cleaned and repaired we sent the vacate report to the tenant on 1/20/to the forwarding address she gave at the time of check out (which is also on the check out inspection sheet) showing a balance due to the management company in the amount of $ This amount is after her security deposit was applied to the costs This may be why she is not acknowledging receipt of the vacate report We never stated that a 'check' was mailed out, we always say 'the vacate report'And finally, Revis & Revis Property Management, LLC does not have [redacted] We have [redacted] and [redacted] *** We hope this resolves the complaint filed by Ms [redacted] .Thank you
