If you want quality work done then do not hire Revision HomesHire a contractor that will do QUALITY work, make sure you are satisfied with the work being done, clean up the work site, respect your property/belongings, and back up their work when problems ariseAlso, that they appreciate the customer's businessThey did an okay jobBut I am not going to give a "glowing " review ( as previous people have done on this forum) for several reasonsRemember these people are primarily "flippers" and they are in for the almighty buck

Met with Paul K [redacted] of Revision Homes, to determine the best course of action for the sale of my 60's ranch rental property. His knowledge of the marketplace, renovation costs, carrying costs, turn around time for the sale, were spot on. His interest was entirely centered on client problem solving, not personal profit. I ultimately decided to only replace the roof ... and his team rocked it ... excellent pricing, professionally done and finished in one day. However, more importantly, I followed his advice on marketing the property, and again, he was absolutely right ... based on my objectives, he knew the length of time it would take to sell, what to spend money on with this house, the profit margin on the sale. His goal, from the very first meeting, was to help me solve my real estate problem. Excellent advice from a very knowledgeable, ethical person and business. Am happy to recommend Revision Homes.

Derek D*** was recommended to me by my realtor to do some work on a house I was selling Derek arrived when he said he would, walked through the home with me, offered suggestions, etc When we agreed on the price of the work, his crew started the next day I was not surprised that this happened the first time but I have used Derek on multiple occasions now and he is always there when he says he will be, the crews are there when he says they will be, the work is of great quality and is at a good price I am completely satisfied with the work and relationship I have with Derek and Revision Homes

Revision Homes was hired to put a full roof on our homeThe company came in with a very good bid priceThe job took longer than was originally anticipated by a couple of days just because it was slightly more work than everyone anticipatedThe work was excellent and we have a perfect new roofThe owner would monitor the progress every day to make sure that the work was done perfectlyLittle details another contractor would likely have tried to cut corners on were taken care of with great attention to detailIn the end we were very happy with the work, Revision Home's workers at our houseThe company is absolutely as good as advertisedI will not hesitate to use them again for any major construction or renovation project at our house

Revision Homes did a complete interior remodel and some exterior work on our house over a three week period, and the only word I can user to describe the outcome isphenomenal
The built a custom master bath with designer shower, a custom kitchen, put in all new cabinets, vanities and granite counter tops throughout, and reworked two other baths They painted every room and ceiling, replaced all light fixtures, door knobs, hinges, switches, switch plates, carpet and refinished our hardwood floors They replaced our front door unit, repaired our sinking porch, and also leveled up the center of our house which had settled Everything that was done met or exceeded our expectations, and many of the " designer touches" they did were based on their recommendations and expertise
We love our "new" old house!
