I apparently accepted a trial offer for a "one time charge of $5.95" and a trial size product, which I received. I then began getting monthly double charges of $91.95 from various unrecognizable companies, with the names "Go Ultra Lean", "Peak Confidence", "Elevate Slim", and "Instant Shred". So that's $184 per month I'm being charged for products I have neither ordered NOR received, from various shady company names in both Texas and California.
I contacted my bank to dispute the charges, and they have a pending investigation. It was only today that I found out the culprit of these charges is ***. I called the company, who told me there was absolutely nothing they could do for me while the bank has an open investigation (not even cancel my 'account'), and that I need to call my bank again and have them call the company. The bank then told me I have to wait until they hear back from the company. As someone who is only making $600/month right now, I can assure you that there's no way I'm paying $180 per month for an ounce of useless face cream! Meanwhile I am getting the runaround from these frauds, and my bank account is being depleted.

We are in receipt of your complaint on behalf of the customer. We understand the customer's frustrations and have responded to the complaint by providing a full refund of $367.8 on 04/16/2020. Please allow for 7-10 working days for it to appear on the bank account. Furthermore, we confirm that the customer’s account has been closed and will receive no further charges. Also, please be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would be charged for the full retail amount for the 30 day supply bottle if they didn't cancel before the 14 day trial was over. The system does not and will not allow the client to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he/she acknowledges the terms and conditions of the trial. The shipments will continue to send monthly if the customer fails to cancel.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. *However, I would like future customers to be informed that this company has some rather "sneaky tactics", did not send me any sort of order confirmation, never sent me the actual product that I was being charged for, and that the charges showed up on my bank account under 4 different business names, none of which had anything to do with ***, making it difficult to trace where the charges were actually coming from.
