Good afternoon;
I had an appointment for laser treatment on spider veins in my legsI first had to book a consultation which I had a very difficult time doing due to availabilities and confusion on the part of the staff memberIt was originally schedule for January 8, then tentatively to January 11, and It finally ended up being confirmed for January I waited for at least half an hour, and the doctor spent about minutes with me; still resulting in a $** chargeI then waited again to speak to the techniciansIt felt like a negative experienceI then booked for my appointment for February On February 4, the Spa contacted me to advise me that the appointment had to be rescheduled to February 11, due to the technician's absence(weather related) When I arrived for my appointment finally on February 11, I had to wait for an hour before seeing the technician The discussion prior to the treatment felt almost like a warning or a waiver that this treatment might not workIt did not leave me feeling confident that they could help correct my problemWe proceeded with the treatment; and I was quite surprised to find out how expensive it was(approx $***) I then had to book a follow appointment the next week for assessment and further treatmentsI booked it for the next week, and was called to say that it had to be cancelledI could not come the week after that because I am on vacation
As I look at my leg, I feel this treatment has done absolutely nothing, and I am very disappointedI searched on line, and did not realize there were other facilities in London that could administer this type of treatment*** * ***
I will say again I am so disappointed in the outcome of my visitsAt this point I don't know when I can arrange to rebook againI almost feel as though I was taken advantage of when I was turning to your experts for helpI hope you can offer me some kind of solution or retributionI will be contacting your clinic to follow up in the next few weeks

I booked a revitalizing facial at 4:on january 30th, was told by an esthetician that it would last one hour
Arrived at 4:10, filled out a client file, got prepared and facial started at 4:25, at 5:o'clock I had paid and was out the door, very disappointed, I would never recommend this place to anyone
I paid a $+ tax for a mins facial!! that is absurd

I waited for at least half an hour, and the doctor spent about 2 minutes with me; still resulting in a $** charge. I then waited again to speak to the technicians. It felt like a negative experience. I then booked for my appointment for February 4. On February 4, the Spa contacted me to advise me that the appointment had to be rescheduled to February 11, due to the technician's absence. (weather related) When I arrived for my appointment finally on February 11, I had to wait for an hour before seeing the technician. The discussion prior to the treatment felt almost like a warning or a waiver that this treatment might not work. It did not leave me feeling confident that they could help correct my problem.
