Company charged me $89.95

Order date 02-19-18 / 03/07/18 $89.95 was charged to my bank account for my "FREE" sample. I called that day asking for a refund. Was told money was for the FREE sample not another order. I was told no refund until I promised to contact you. I was promised a 33% refund but I demanded ALL my money back. She then promised me a refund in full in 5-10 days. Still no refund. Purchase ID I received a "cancellation of order" email but no refund. I didn't order the item again.. I just asked and paid S&H on a FREE sample. I tried to contact them 1-800-847-4689 and the number is no longer in service. I tried to email them at revitaleyes.net and this does not exist. I have also went on the website and did the contact us 03-20-18 with still no response.

I purchased Essential skin cream on 2/5/2018 based on an online advertisement for a free sample and all I had to pay would be shipping. There was no mention on ad that this was for a subscription.This ad on line was about Kelly Ripa and Dr. Oz who were giving away free samples. Upon looking at my credit statement I found that the shipping charge was billed as a subscription. I called (866)994-0891 Essential on 2/10/2018, to advise that I did not agree to subscribe for additional skin cream and that I wanted to cancel if that was the case. I also told them that I wanted to return skin cream and I wanted an address for return since the packing slip nor the product had an address. I was told by a Betsy that I would have to pay a processing fee of 9.95 before she could give me an address nor would she confirm that Essential would cancel this supposed subscription. I was transferred to 3 different departments where they would not give me an address and they offered other options for products even though I insisted that I wanted no part of a subscription for more products and wanted to cancel. I finally had to hang up because no one I spoke to would give me an address to return product without paying additional money. I then called my credit card company who advised me that these companies scam people into buying more products. My credit card company advised me to get a new credit card number to avoid Essential from sending additional charges, which I did.
