I called to cancel the product with this company on the 14th day, and they stated that the trial ended on the 14th day.
Their website clearly states a full 14 day trial period: https://rejuvilane.com/
I want my $89 charge for the product refunded. I did call on the 14th day and canceled this trial.
I clicked on a link from Facebook, that advertised a free trial of the Rejuvilane anti-wrinkle cream for $4.95 (the cost of shipping and handling)- there was no mention that after the free trial, that I would automatically be billed $89.99 at the end of the trial and be enrolled in recurring 30 day shipments. It also "allowed" me to try their Revitalane eye serum by just paying an additional shipping and handling cost of $2.95 - again, not mentioning that after the trial, I would also be enrolled in automatic recurring 30 day shipments at cost of $89.95. I didn't find out about the recurring shipments until I got a confirmation the next morning via e-mail. I attempted to call their customer service number provided in the email of 844-853-4229 to cancel my order - it immediately went to hold music and I lasted 10 minutes before using the prompt option of having a customer care agent call me back. No agent returned my call, so I tried later in the day and listened to the hold music for over an hour and no agent ever came to the phone. I can't help but think this is a scam - and I have no way to cancel my order - I need help!

Other (requires explanation) I just want to cancel my order with this company - it is Order *** - and is for both the Rejuvilane Anti-Wrinkle Cream and the Revitalane Eye Serum. (Although I received separate emails for both products, they were under the same order number. Could you please contact the company on my behalf and cancel any recurring shipments/charges to my credit card, as their customer service department is unreachable.
