I did talk to a rep after I cancelled the subscription via the Internet and they offered no help and were rude.I never got a second supply of productIf the cost for the original product was not the shipping cost the then adds are very very misleading my understanding I thought I was cancelling getting more product and the rep never mentioned returning what I had gotten Another interesting fact was they offered to discount the product to around 1/the cost if I kept the subscription Truely a scam
