After the investigation, the bank found me liable so I have learned a very hard lesson and agree to pay for the first shipment ($98.41 and $97.41). The company charged me for the second shipment and received the entire product back, unopened. So now, they have my money and the product and said because I entered a claim against them, that I am not due anything-product or refund. I had just gotten off the phone with my bank ([redacted]) and they said I needed to get a refund from the company that I filed a claim against.

Revitify did not send a a statement of how much would be charged to you before they took it from your account. No shipping statement was included in the package. You are lead to beleave the cost is the same as the very first shipment that was received, instead of 97.41 for a very small vial of skin cream that smells bad. This product is a scam, and I hope Co. Revdex.com will do something to help protect the consumer of their underhanded billing.

after a survey from my cable company I was invited to take part in several free trial offers. I signed up for revitify. I signed up for my free trial only being charged for shipping, I Revitify charged me 89.00 for the trial package and then another 99.00 for the refill...I never agreed to that.
