To whom it may concern,
After reviewing Ms. ***'s complaint, we want to apologize for any confusion she may have had when she placed her order. We offer a trial period for our products, where we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply for only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 14 days. Once the trial period expires, if not cancelled, you are billed the retail price of the product you received. We do not offer sample sizes. The reason we send a full 30 day supply to try is because of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results. Our subscription was created to allow our customers to continue seeing results after the first products they received run out.
Upon reviewing Ms. account, it looks like she purchased her Reviv Ultime Skin products trial on 5/12/19- and once the trial period ended, Ms. card was billed the retail price of the products she received. We have cancelled her subscription with us. Upon further review of receiving this complaint, Ms. has filed a dispute with her bank on 6/30/19 for all charges, which freezes her account on our end prohibiting us from issuing any refunds; this is to prevent unintentional fraud by our customers who might then receive a reimbursement from both our company and their financial institution. Customer service is very important to us and we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. We are committed to providing our customers with the best service and apologize for any inconvenience. We hope this resolves Ms. concern.

The charges, once disputed, were originally returned to my account. However, the charges were reversed and I was billed once again. My account was deducted in full the following month.

This company has said in their response that they did not credit me because they were under the impression my bank reimbursed my account. This has definitely not happened.

I can supply hard copies of each bank statement showing the reversal of these charges.

The company claims they will not reimburse me solely due to the fact that I was possibly already reimbursed by my banking institution. The following attachments clearly show that although the charges were initially reversed on 6/19/20, the charges were AGAIN ADDED TO MY CREDIT CARD ON 7/20/20.

I have submitted proof of monies being taken from my account which is what the Pure Method Products wanted to see.

If this is still not sufficient, I will heed your advice and follow up with the Attorney General and the FDA.

Misleading sales technique. Inappropriate charge for second item that was never ordered.
I saw an ad that was advertising for a dollar a Miracle Ritual cream. I ordered the cream and received a small jar of the cream. Several weeks later my credit card was charged $98.87 on Aug 22nd, 2019 and a second jar was sent to me. I never requested this second jar. On Sept 11, 2019, I received the second jar. I then called 877.238.1580 on this same date. I requested a refund and requested to return the second jar. I was told I could not return the jar and a refund could not be processed. I was told to contact my bank. I told the operator this was seedy advertising and I was not aware of ordering a second jar. I heard about this advertising through Dr. Phil's wife, Robin, who is the owner of the company.

Refund of $98.87

This is all part of the scam! When I contacted the company they told me my account was closed! Thats after they sent me the second jar of cream that I did not request and was charged. I still have the two jars of cream, the box it was sent in and the Reviv Ultime shipping paper dated 8.22.2019 order ID 7402B27667, Shipment ID 18810815, Ship Carrier UPS, SKU RSMRoo1, Miracle Ritual 30ml Cream, For inquiries 877-238-1580. The return address on the box is Fulfillment, 11551 East 46th Ave, Unit C, Denver CO 80239.

What this company is doing is wrong! Taking advantage of others! Someone needs to take action against the company!

It is possible that we share a fulfillment company with Miracle Ritual and they misprinted your shipping slip included with your shipment. This would explain why you received an incorrect shipping slip in your package. We are sorry but you are not our customer. We would have been happy to help if we could.
