Review: RGR did our garment restoration after our house fire in May of 2014.They lost several items and after 6 weeks they are now not returning my calls or my e-mails. My insurance company cannot help us with this.I do not know where else to turn.Desired Settlement: Would prefer the items found and sent to us, but will accept replacement value.
