Review: Revival has been impossible to work with. They are supposed to be an at home health care aide service and I've encountered many many issues since day one working with them. The office staff is rude, not helpful, inappropriate and disrespectful. The case managers are not helpful in the least. The aides are unreliable. There is so much confusion and no one to help. My grandma was recently diagnosed with a [redacted] and needs around the clock assistance. It took revival one month to set up her case. I have to call daily to ask for an aide to come the next day. If I don't no one will come. They've done absolutely zero to help find a physical and occupational therapist. The nurse that has been assigned to us has visited 2x in the month. His voicemail box is always full. He never answers. If I could work with another agency I would but once you process the paperwork through insurance you can't switch. My family is already going through an extreme difficult time and revival has been an added frustration.Desired Settlement: I would like a commitment that an aide will come daily during agreed upon hours.
