We were experiencing issues with our answering service at the time of *** ***'s issue, which of course is a lack of communication on our end that we are attempting to resolveBefore the current issue, we sent our crew out between 2-times to fix the window leak in her master bathroomThe window
was not the problem but we still repaired the leak for freeThe leak was occurring from the siding above the window, into the master bathroom window, causing the leaking to appear to be coming from the window itself, which it was notWe explained this issue to *** *** and also explained if the we needed to repair the leak again, because it was not coming from the window, we would need to charge for the repairAfter we were made aware of *** ***'s present issue, we attempted to schedule a day and time that was convenient for *** *** to inspect the issue, again, which is stated in an email to *** ***She then notified our company she did not want us to even attempt to look at the present issue. We will do whatever we can to help resolve the issue, but if the window is not the issue there is not workmanship guarantee. Please feel free to call or email me directly with questions. Thank you, Liz H***Office ManagerRevival Home Improvements, Inc

Review: Roof repairs were contracted approximately March, 2011, under an agreement by the previous owner of our home, through her realtor, to address problems identified in the home inspection report with a written guarantee of 5 years. Initially the roof leaked in the front of the house (over the porch) and Revival sent a roofer out to repair it. The leak was not repaired properly by Revival and we had to have another roofer repair that leak. Within 1.5 years of the repair done to the back portion of the house, the roof leaked (with water coming into our basement) and we asked Revival to come out to look at the leak and make any necessary repairs. A roofer from Revival came out and told us he would take care of the leak and would be back. He returned unannounced, went up on the roof, but that is all we know. We were told by someone else that saw him on our roof that he was there. When I called the company to find out what he did and if he had finished the job I was told the owner would call me back or the roofer himself would call me to explain what he did. I have called three times now to request a phone call as to what, if any, repairs were done but to date no one has contacted me. I am also upset that he came unannounced as we were having other work done at our house the day he showed up. Since the job was under warranty there is no fee involved, but we would like to know what he did and if the job is complete.Desired Settlement: I would like the roofer or the owner to provide a written explanation of the repairs made or come out and show us what was done or at the very least return my phone call with an explanation of the repairs that were made and confirmation that the repairs were completed.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: While the company has contacted me to apologize, they have not yet contacted me to make the necessary repairs or to come out to look at the roof. I will be happy to accept their response when the repairs have been made.

Review: 0There are two issues currently. I had siding installed and there have been several issues but the current two are as follows: right after the job was done I noticed daylight coming through my attic and when I looked to see where it was coming from I noticed the edges at the gable ends where done differently, some bent at 90 degrees and some not when I called the said they would take care of it, they came by and caulked it which now means out of three gable ends I have the fascia done three different ways, one bent at 90 degrees no caulk, one no bend and caulk and one no bend and no caulk. The second one is during the last rain storm I had water leaking in between my storm door and interior door. When I called I said I wanted the owner to come out and evaluate the whole job due to a number of issues and they said they would but that was over two weeks ago and the job was completed two months ago. I want this just to be done!Desired Settlement: I would like the owner of the company to evaluate the job and make necessary repairs. Their company slogan is we treat your house like it was ours!!!!
