He is willing to finish the job and has all the materials needed to finish but that last correspondence he received fro the customer was that she was hiring someone...

Review: Got Mr [redacted] to do some repairs to my back porch/roof that was leaking. My in-law referred me to him. It took Mr. [redacted] a week and half to do the repairs. When started informed my son that it would be about 500.00 to complete. Brought by the invoice which was 1200.00. He replace a screen door which was too short, large opening at the bottom and top, the porch roof is leaking, the facial wrap around the gutter is old aluminum that he bent to make it fit, did not replace the front board under the gutter, the shingles on the right side of the porch is handing off and different color than the original shingles, and the screen door latch is not working. I am very dissatisfied with these repairs. My son and I have tried to reach him by phone on several occasions, we leave a message he would not return our call.Desired Settlement: I want Mr [redacted] to refund me half of my money back ($600.00) so that I can contact someone else to complete these repairs. I have to put bricks at my bottom of my screen door so that snakes cannot crawl under it. He quoted a price of 500.00 then jump to 1200.00 that was a bit much.
