I have spoken with Mr*** several times over the course of the client relationship to address the issues addressed which in our defense are a little one sidedIn fact, we fulfilled every facet of our job to the requirements laid out in our contract to Mr***The result isn't the job we did
it's just his opinion about the job we did. Addressing the issues:9:arrival time was based on corresponding emails(we have proof)Wedding ceremonies are never done for free and for him to even consider that would be him trying to work his way into a better deal when we already offer some of the best promises in the businessIn fact on two separate occasions he tried to work himself into that deal and we met his needsWe gave him all footage for cheaper price and after the job was completed he wanted a refund for the ceremony which mind you was done efficiently and to the standards set out by our company.(we have proof)We corresponded with Mr*** about the extension of time and when addressed there was no issue.(we have proof)Yes, we did reedit the ceremony but did so in a timely manner considering the work load we have and the fact the ceremony is offer hour long. ***, is rightWhen we might I expressed that while we do ceremonies on occasion this it isn't our strong suitHe understood and proceeded to still book it.When we shoot ceremonies(especially at Catholic churches) we are under the restrictions set out by the churchThe fact that the priest and lectors weren't captured the way *** wanted was the due to those restrictions not to our inability. In regards to our editsAll of our films represent those types of editsMr*** had more than enough examples to see our type of work before he hired us. Second videographers and pricing is based upon thatPricing is the same for one or two.In conclusionThe compliant isn't a result of us not doing our job it is an opinion on how we did our jobI feel this isn't a justified complaint and it is unfair to us when we have proof and completed our job without fail

Yes, we did reedit the ceremony but did so in a timely manner considering the work load we have and the fact the ceremony is offer 1 hour long.
[redacted], is right. When we might I expressed that while we do ceremonies on occasion this it isn't our strong suit. He understood and proceeded to still book it.
When we shoot ceremonies(especially at Catholic churches) we are under the restrictions set out by the church. The fact that the priest and lectors weren't captured the way [redacted] wanted was the due to those restrictions not to our inability.

In conclusion. The compliant isn't a result of us not doing our job it is an opinion on how we did our job. I feel this isn't a justified complaint and it is unfair to us when we have proof and completed our job without fail.
