Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The original and remaining intent of this complaint has always been to share my experience with others who may be looking to retain these services Not everyone would like being represented in this way The manner in which the letter to the bureaus is written and the forgery of a signature are specifically what I'm highlighting The letter truly speaks for itself and I'd like it to be what others interested in these services have the opportunity to read before making a choice in a credit repair company Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The original and remaining intent of this complaint has always been to share my experience with others who may be looking to retain these services.  Not everyone would like being represented in this way.  The manner in which the letter to the bureaus is written and the forgery of a signature are specifically what I'm highlighting.  The letter truly speaks for itself and I'd like it to be what others interested in these services have the opportunity to read before making a choice in a credit repair company.

This is in response to [redacted]'s second complaint to my initial response to her complaint. First of all I am very surprised that the Revdex.com has even accepted this complaint. [redacted] is not seeking a resolution to her complaint nor has she ever asked for explanation directly with me. She never once has contacted me asking for her money back or she would've received it. She never once contacted me for an explanation for the letter that was drafted or to explain her concerns or she also would've received that as well. She has stated many times about the unprofessional behavior of mine but the truth is I've been nothing but professional with [redacted]. Had she asked me for anything I would've given her either a response or her money back or both but instead she chose to file a complaint that was unnecessary. She has complained to me about the Lawyer she hired for her bankruptcy in the first place which I consider very unprofessional behavior. She also never once displayed any bit of gratitude as she stated so I'm not sure why she even mentioned that except to attempt to paint herself in as good a light as possible. Either way, much like [redacted]s right to warn people of my company I also have the right to warn people of any dealings with [redacted]. Given her way of conflict resolution and her habit of talking poorly of other people in other industries. Simply because [redacted] writes a letter stating how professional and cordial she is does not make it the truth when dealing with her. When [redacted] starts the second response with "The true issue is..." it makes the first complaint null and void and I have a hard time understanding why the "real issue" wasn't highlighted in the initial complaint. Either way, the main purpose of the letter that was drafted on her behalf was to attempt to have Experian "open" an investigation into an item which causes the reporting companies to report the information correctly. The letter drafted accomplishes this goal. Everyone that is not ignorant knows that Experian is the most difficult of the bureaus to open the investigations into an item. If you draft a normal letter form letter of the internet or what is perceived as "professional" letter the chances of them even opening an investigation into the item are slim. The letter was not drafted to be the most "professional" letter as that would not have accomplished the goal which is to get the reporting companies to report the correct information. The letter also does not have the ability to hurt [redacted]'s abiltiy to do anything as she has stated. It does have the ability for the company itself to open an investigation into the item and correct the inaccurate reporting to show her current payments (if that is indeed the legal and correct way it should be reporting). However, the item is obviously being reported accurately to the bureaus and she was either withheld this information from her lawyer or did not understand it when it was explained to her. There seems to be mental block that is not being understood here. [redacted] would obviously want a nice letter drafted that accomplishes nothing. My apologies but when dealing with billion dollar entities like the credit bureaus that is not the best route for success. I did apologize to [redacted] for any misunderstandings initally when contacted by her and that was the last email that I sent her before I recieved this complaint. I was unaware of all of this new found angst she suffered and don't understand why, if she truly was feeling such duress and stress over the situation, I received no email or phone call or why it was not detailed in her initial complaint. I'm not sure what [redacted] is asking for at this point except to vent her frustration with what she thinks has or will happened (which is all false and unfounded concerns). I do apologize again for the misunderstanding and we as a company have addressed this issue to avoid any similar issues in the future. My initial response to her complaint the first time was also of frustration with [redacted] because she had not attempted to contact me for any explanation or resolution and because of her obvious intentions of attempting to affect my business in a negative way although she knows nothing of my business, the countless people I help, or the industry as a whole. I have since realized that we need to address the letter to avoid this issue in the future, but I also came to the conclusion that we did what we knew to do to resolve the issue with her. Ceased when she told us to. This all we have ever been asked to do. Cordially, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The true issue here is that the letters drafted on my behalf were an embarrassment given the threatening nature of how they are worded (as well as the incorrect zip code information for my home address) and may negatively affect my...

ability to ultimately accomplish what I hired [redacted] to do.  In addition to the threatening verbiage used in the letters, it is clear [redacted] misunderstood what I was trying to accomplish.  It was mutually understood that I wanted my payment history to be reflected on my credit report.  The verbiage in the letters infer that I wanted all records of these mortgages removed, as if I never had them.  This is inaccurate and not at all what needs to happen.  I signed the agreement with [redacted] that did state he may act as my agent and sign letters, I took this to mean that he would sign as himself as a representative (agent) of me.  I have had power of attorney for people in the past and I understood the "agent" definition to be him acting as my representative, not forging my signature.  As a result of the threatening letters written, I had a call from M & T Bank concerned that there had been identity theft involved.  The red flag for the representative with M & T was the angry and threatening verbiage used in the letter as well as the inaccurate zip code information.  This letter, attached in my original complaint clearly illustrates the threatening and angry verbiage I continue to reference.  I was mortified when M & T provided me the letter, at which point I also assumed was a result of fraudulent activities. Immediately following the conversation with the representative from M & T Bank and seeing the reference letter which she sent me a copy of, I called [redacted] and left a voice mail detailing what I had learned. [redacted] later left me a voice mail assuring me that while he'd sent letters, they weren't of this nature.  After that confirmation from [redacted], I filed identity theft reports with the local police department and the Bureaus.  This took up a good portion of my work day only to learn later that this letter was indeed drafted, signed and sent by [redacted].  Upon learning this, I called [redacted] and asked that he please cease any correspondence on my behalf.  I believe [redacted]'s response to my complaint illustrates the unprofessional manner in which he handled the correspondence on my behalf.  [redacted] was never necessary unprofessional to me in email or verbal correspondence which is why I trusted that he would be drafting and submitting professional, accurate correspondence to the Bureaus and companies involved.  Given the stakes involved with credit history and reporting, I would like any consumer looking for any kind of credit assistance to be aware of this situation before deciding to hire [redacted]. The slanderous nature of his reply is very out of line given the professional and grateful manner in which I conducted myself during our dealings as well as in my message to him when I requested he cease working on my behalf.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
