I want a full refund, given I purchased this product under the lie that Joanna Gaines was involved in creating this product which is false.
There are numerous pop up ads showing Joanna Gaines is leaving Fixer Upper to work with her new skin care line, Radiant Revive. After viewing these multiple times, and being a fan, and trusting that Joanna would have a worthwhile product, I ordered for the trial period. Believing that a trial period means you can try something for 14 days I thought I would try it. Now, I ONLY ordered because of the affiliation with Joanna Gaines, which is a total lie. Then today I was charged $89. I have only had the product for about 8 days, and already was charged. When I called to complain and ask for the money to be reversed, I was repeatedly told that it could not be refunded due to policies. I stated that it was all a scam because the company uses false advertising. Then I was told that was third party ads that the company has no control over. I don't believe one word of that. I am sure the company pays the third party advertiser to advertise this product and is responsible for what they say. I can't be the first person to bring this up. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she was not helpful, just kept reading the fine print about the trial starting the day of the order and that I had no recourse. I said that the entire premise of ordering was based on false claims, lies about Joanna and other big name stars like Ellen and Oprah. So that is enough reason to return my money. It is so sad that this is going on and this company is preying on trusting women who watch Fixer Upper and using the trust for Joanna to sell this product. I can only imagine the number of calls daily to try and reverse charges when they come in days after receiving the product. Amazing how easy is to lead people to trust and then how difficult it is to get your money back when you have been betrayed. The supervisor gave me 35% back today after I ranted and raved. But she was so rude that I felt like I hit a brick wall and would not have the resolution I sought so I started with that portion of the refund I am still expecting to be refunded the balance, as you can spin this any way you like, but it is a scam, plain and simple. If your product could stand on its own merit, you would not need to resort to lies and false advertising to sell it.

Trial product caused irritation to skin. Called to cancel. 'No returns or exchanges.' Charged credit card 2 shipments. CANNOT AFFORD!
11/7/17 ordered online trial of skin product with credit card, $4.95 and $4.90. Product irritated skin. Missed cancel within 14 days.I was sick from Thanksgiving through Christmas and didn't check mail. US Bank card charged 11/22 -$89.95 & $88.47; 12/7 - $4.95 ('trial'); 12/11-$89.95 and $88/47; 1/4/18- $89.95 & $88.47; 1/8/18-$4.95 ('trial'). The full-price cost of the products not stated in online ad, just 'trial' price. I don't get paper statements from US Bank so didn't know the charges until I accessed the account in January! 1/9, called phone number on USB statement, talked to 'David.' I told him product caused irritation, and wanted to cancel account and return for refund. "No refunds or returns for any reason." Asked for company information. "We don't give out that information, because we don't want some crazy person shooting up our offices."

I am 73 years old, on social security. I simply cannot afford to pay these charges!! I need assistance.
