I am rejecting this response because: This company states I received something from them when in fact, I did not. If I had, I would most certainly return it for a full refund. Why would I not? I believe this company is a scam and I will make sure to spread the word, verbally and through every social media website.

Due to the fact that the charges Ms. Owen is inquiring about are outside of 60 days, there is nothing else we can do.
