Business sent email to consumer outlining written agreement moving forward to address consumer requesting changes after contract was signed

No restitution has been made.  I have never been contacted by Alan B[redacted] (I have never even spoken to him). Mike P[redacted] falsely presents himself as owner of Revive Remodeling.  I continue to live with the mess that I have sent pictures of - and it will be our headache to repair and make safe the existing structure.  We continue to fight the insurance and bond companies, while Mike P[redacted] continues to provide false pictures and documentation.   The bond company has given them till December 28, 2017 (yesterday) to provide names of contractors that both Grove City and I approved of  - to make repairs and finish job appropriately.  We never heard from Revive Remodeling, Alan B[redacted] or Mike P[redacted].There are two additional complaints against Revive Remodeling in Grove City.  The Board of Review is meeting again on January 9, 2018 to hear additional testimony. The Revdex.com needs to investigate and change ratings on this company.  It is a GREAT disservice to the general public who trusts and looks to Revdex.com as a resource - as I did. 
Revdex.com needs to take action and protect the public from this scam operation and help us get our money back. Regards,[redacted]

Our Bond Company will be making a decision base on the information given by both parties and our insurance company is reviewing all information to determine a fair and equitable solution.

Mike P[redacted] has sent false grainy photos.  He intentionally lies.  I will attach clear photos that will show that the project is less than...

50% complete.  The brick does not match and is not mortared on.  The roof has failed inspection. The siding is falling off. The deck is unsafe has failed all inspections and has to be torn down.  Mike is well aware of all the above and KNOWINGLY lies in an attempt to wear down the consumer. [redacted] Insurance has cancelled Mike P[redacted] bond Grove City has suspended his license for 6 months.  The Columbus Board of Licensing Review had suspended his license in July 2016 for having unlicensed contractors, failing inspections, failure to complete work according to contract.  The same issues we are having.  He has been before the Columbus Board 3 times. Revdex.com needs to investigate Revive Remodeling and Mike P[redacted].  He BRAGS about his good rating from Revdex.com even at the Grove City Board of Review.  It is very misleading to the unsuspecting consumer.  I personally checked the Revdex.com rating before hiring Revive Remodeling.  PLEASE INVESTIGATE!!! I will forward pictures in following email. Regards[redacted]
