Review: I had a gift card for this company. My mom and I wanted to go together around the time of my birthday. We could not get massages at the same time because they only have 1 person to give massages. So my mom opted to get a pedicure while I got a massage. For us to get an appointment at the same time, we had to book our services a month in advance (well past my birthday). I got an email to confirm my appointment. So the day of the appointment, we go in, but they cannot do my moms pedicure because their pedicure room is under construction. I would think they would know about this ahead of time. They were unable to reach my mom because they had an old phone number for her. But I made this appointment for her, and they had my phone number and email address and they did not let me know that her appointment was cancelled. They were unable to provide her any service at all so I did not get my massage either since we were together.Desired Settlement: I do not want to do business with this salon. It is too difficult to get appointments and they cancel them. I would like my money spent on the gift card back.

[redacted] received my message I left for her. She came in to the salon and I refunded her the remaining amount on her gift card.

Of course I apologized and let her know we have absolutely no problem returning the money.
