Revived LLC. P.O. Box 813 817 s. Halleck St DeMotte, In 46310 219-987-2588     Dear [redacted]   I am writing you to respond to the concern that was placed on 3/15/2017. Its case number was [redacted]. This second letter is in response to the customer's rebuttal on 5/11/17.   The customer's rebuttal states that untrue statements were made by me. I have evidence that shows this is not true.   She states she does not remember signing a contract before or after our policy about returning clothes changed. I have sent copies of both contracts. Please note her signature on both contracts.   When the contracts were signed both times, ALL o1our customers were informed o1our policies and any changes that may have taken place.   Again, Isent a copy of our contract with the items highlighted that the customer seems to have difficulty remembering.   She states Ilied about her account sheet showing she had sold items. I sent a copy ofthe account sheet showing what items she brought in, what amount was asked for each item, and then which items sold and for how much. She sold $10.00 worth o1her clothing. As our policies state she will be entitled to half of that amount. I will send her a $5.00 check upon completion of this issue.   All of our customers are given copies o1any contract they sign. We have done this since we opened in 2010. We moved to our new location in September of 2014.   She asks 1or the list of the 28 charities I have donated to. Isent a copy with the first letter, but I sent a copy again. She states she has her own charities she would like to donate to. Iurge her to do that in the future. Revived LLC. Katie K[redacted]

I did not sign that sheet, which means I was not told when I took those clothes in for resale, that they would not return the ones that did not sell.  Instead give them to charity. I myself called a few of these places, she supposedly send clothes to. Would you believe they have never received clothes from her?Thank You and do you expect me to go into her business to get the $5.00? Don't you think she can call Police and tell them I came in to  cause problems. I am a Christian and I am trying to handle this without going to an Attorney. Thank You.

customer has been with us since the beginning of 2014. We have changed locations and policies since she consigned with us. When she first brought us clothes the contract was as she stated. When we moved in September of 2014 some of our policies changed. We no longer return clothes to our customers when they do not sell. This is clearly stated in the current contracts.   In all of the years since that policy change she has not had a problem with this change. We contacted all of our consigners at that time and let them know of the changes by phone and also in person as they brought clothes in to be sold. Once again, the first time we have heard of an issue with this policy is now through the letter you sent.   Next, the customer did bring in clothes to be sold in January. According to our contract we will select what our customers will buy. The items that are not selected will be donated. The guidelines for our clothing are: 1. They must be free of stains, smells, smoke, rips, ect. 2. They must be current in style. 3. They must be in season. 4. They must be in "like new" condition. Iwill forward a copy of our contract as well. For one of these reasons I did not keep some of her items. We do not contact our customers to report which items we have kept or sold. She currently has 12 items for sale at my store. Some of which have already sold.   The clothing that Revived does not keep is passed on to local charities. There is an attached sheet listing the 28 charities we have donated to currently. We do not keep track of which charity it is we are donating to specifically at the time because there are so many that need items. Once again, the contract clearly states that this is what happens to items we do not keep. There is a list of these charities kept in Revived at all times. We are happy to share with our customers who we donate to if we are asked.   Then, the customer states she was not able to find any of her clothes. Our records indicate that some of her items have sold. She brought winter coats, jeans and shirts. The clothing to suit the seasons are starting to be switched for the more current season.informed of the necessity to do this in Revived because of our large amount of stock and little amount of space to show it. It is also possible someone tried on the clothing items that day and we had not had the chance to return them to the rack. As stated before, some of her items have sold so someone was able to find them. Lastly, the customer has stated that she does not believe we are handling things correctly. We have always functioned in accordance to our contract. The customers are informed of our policies when they sign the contracts, drop off their clothes, and then are reminded frequently.They are even given a copy of the contract when we sign they up to be a consigner. We have been in business for 6+ years and have over 2000 consigners. We strive to do our best by our customers. Since the customer is questioning our policies Iwill be happy to send her the amount of money that she has on her account for the sale of her items. We will also close her account so that she will not have to be bothered by coming in and doing so herself. We are sorry for her unhappiness. Revived LLC.Katie K[redacted]

Either times before and after she decided she would not return the clothes that did not sellI was not told when I took clothes in January that the ones that did not sell would not be returned to me,. Had I of been told ( or signed a contract) I would not of left them , nor would I had taken  clothes again .Another thing she stated, that is not true. The sheet that I was allowed to look at and took with me to try and find my clothes that I was told if I found them I could have them back. The sheet did not show that any of them had been sold.I request to see a signed contract stating that I was not allowed to have what did not sell back.And far as her moving to another location. When? She has been in that same building since 2014 when I was taking stuff for her to sell.Can I have the names of the 28 Charities that she says she donates to.  I have my own that I choose to donate to instead of someone else choosing.She stated she would mail me the money I have coming and close my account. That I expect her to do but that does not solve my complaint. She does not have to worry about me bringing stuff for her resale shop again.[redacted]
