I pre-ordered a action camera from Revl over a year agoThe release date kept getting delayedAfter a year I was tired of waitingI received an email from Revl stating that I could have a refundI requested a refundI was assured, via email, that the refund would be processedIt has been five weeks since I sumbitted my requestSince my request for refund, I have requested an update on the refund twice in the past five weeksThe company is no longer returning my emailsI just want my money back as they promised

Company sold an action camera that was supposed to ship to customers before December holidaysThe camera never shipped, no customers have ever received their orders and the company has stopped updating customersAt one point they claimed they would offer refunds to unhappy customers, but from my research, not a single dollar has been refundedI've emailed the company numerous times about a getting a refund and they have responded claiming it would be processed as soon as possibleThat was over four months ago and I've still not gotten my money back nor have I received my productAt this point I've moved to a new house and can't even get them to update my address in the unlikely event that they do ever start shipping the cameras
