$60.00 was mailed to her on 2/6/2015 (check #[redacted]). Ms. [redacted] stated that she had e-mailed [redacted] in January of this year and did not get a response. [redacted] is no longer with Revman, but an alert was placed on [redacted] account when she left that states the account is no longer active. [redacted] never received Ms. [redacted]'s e-mail.Hopefully, this will resolve the matter. Please let me know if there are any other problems. customer yesterday and sincerely apologized for the delay in responding and for any inconvenience that may have occurred. The customer was issued RMA#[redacted] and a call tag was issued through UPS. A credit will be issued to the customer when the goods are received at our DC. We are tracking the goods and will stay in contact with the customer until this issue is resolved.
