***,We received Revdex.com complaint# [redacted] yesterday (7/24) This was regarding a request from the customer stating that she ordered a F/Q LA Saltwater Quilt Set, but received incorrect merchandise on 7/and that she desires a refund Our customer service representative contacted the customer yesterday and sincerely apologized for the delay in responding and for any inconvenience that may have occurred The customer was issued RMA# [redacted] and a call tag was issued through UPSA credit will be issued to the customer when the goods are received at our DCWe are tracking the goods and will stay in contact with the customer until this issue is resolved Thanks,Betty A***Customer Service ManagerRevman International864- [redacted]
