I am not a customer. My complaint is that two sales representative cold called my home yesterday, May 29, 2020.
Any company that allows it's employees to solicit door to door with Covid 19 rules still in effect is not worthy of anyone's business. Although the two people were ten feet back from my front door they had their masks off.
My neighborhood is comprised of many senior homeowners and the thought of a face to face meeting to discuss solar is a reckless at best and life threatening at worst.
Solar is an essential business and our reps are legally allowed to knock. Our #1 concern is the health and welfare of our employees and our (potential) customers which is why we require them to wear masks and to stay at least 6 ft away.
We know times are tough and people are struggling financially which is why we encourage our reps to spread the knowledge and benefits of using solar.
We apologize that you felt endangered as that is the opposite of what our goal is. We want to help people. We will continue to have our reps follow state guidelines, wear their masks, and keep a safe distance.

The entire process for the installation of our new solar system has been smooth and painless. Great company and our rep Angelo has been great to work with.
