I purchased an RPM One warranty upon the purchase of a brand new UTV. This company will not cover the basic parts that normally will fail. Of course the salesman will paint you a pretty picture and tell you, yes, they'll cover anything and everything. What a joke. When reading the tiny small print, they will not cover more things than they'll actually cover. My advice if you see this contract, hit the door and do not look back. It sickens me to see good people being taken advantage of. I wanted to warn as many as possible, don't be a victim, save your money and aggravation.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Fraudulent scam. I purchased the Diamond coverage which supposed to be 0 deductible and my options for the repair ate as follows. 1. Pay $400 for labor that RPM ONE refuse to pay. 2. They ship used parts to the dealer to repair my transmission and cover the labor. 3. Take my Polaris to another dealer who will repair it by RPM ONE terms.
Mr. we regret that you had a negative experience when filing your claim and would like to respond to the points you raised in your complaint. When we determine how much we pay in labor, we use a nationally recognized labor guide that tells us exactly how many labor hours it should take to complete a given service. This allows us to fairly settle all claims and ensure that we pay at reasonable cost. We used one of these labor guides when we advised your repair facility on what we would be able to authorize on your claim. It appears that the repair facility that you chose wasn't able to work within the industry standard number of labor hours. Instead they chose to charge you for the difference. Regarding parts, it is correct that we may ship used parts to make repairs. This is following the language of your contract which states, "Replacement parts may be new, remanufactured or replacement parts of like kind and quality." You have the option to take your Polaris to another dealer. With this contract, you have the option to take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility of your choice. We'd like to address your criticism that this warranty is a fraudulent scam as well. With your warranty contract alone, we have paid $2,164.60 in authorized claims. This is $589.60 more than you paid for the warranty contract. If it were a scam, then RPMOne not have paid anything in claims and certainly would not have paid more than what you purchased the contract for
