must at least purchase the food that the puggle had been eating since she had been in the store because it could otherwise make her sick from the stress of moving environmentsThe customer purchased the two bags of food required but also had friends who purchased other items for the puggle such as toys and other basic needsAt this time, the warranties were explainedThe customer received the hour return policy and the one year health warranty that covers any hereditary or congenital disorder, but because the puggle was discounted, the customer did not receive the day warranty covering any contagious virus and it was stamped as void before the customer initialed and signed the paperworkThe customer also received a free initial vet exam at either *** or *** *** ***, but anything done at that vet appointment like vaccines, fecal exam, or medications given were the customer’s financial responsibilityIn the warranty it states that we are not responsible for vaccinations and not all vets consider the Flu booster necessary, we do all vaccines under our veterinarian’s recommendationsWithin the warranty paperwork that has been signed by both the sales representative and the customer, the warranties state that the customer is responsible for getting the puppy to the vet as soon as possible, preferably within four days of the purchase.On December 5th, 2017, Eliza called the customer to check on the puggle and see how the puggle was adjusting to her new homeThe customer said the puggle was doing pretty well with training, eating well, and has a vet appointment set up for Friday (December 8th, 2017)The customer mentioned that the puggle was showing signs of a coughEliza told the customer to get the puggle to the vet as soon as possible, just to be safe for her healthThe customer agreedThere was no mention of any ear scratching or possible ear infection.On December 8th, the customer called Friendly Pets and informed Eliza of the puggle being prescribed medications for a cough and an ear infectionThe customer asked what the warranties would coverEliza explained that the cough and ear infection medications were her financial responsibility because she did not get the day warrantyAlthough Eliza offered to have the customer pay $for the day warranty after the purchase of the puggle so Friendly Pets could pay for the puggle’s treatment until she was healed, the customer was upset and claimed Friendly Pets knowingly sold her a sick puppyEliza stated that the puggle showed no signs of illness while she was in the storeKennel Cough can be incubating for days without showing any symptomsThe stress of changing environments can bring a cough or cold out in a pet and symptoms can develop once homeThe recommended treatment for such is Zithro within days or it can turn into pneumoniaEliza stated days prior to the customer going to the vet that the customer should take the puggle to the vet to be checked out

I am rejecting this response because: The business did not offer a resolution to this? issue, they simply stated their side of? the? storyI was not offered a $warranty in store and I did let them know? that the puppy's ears had been bothering herThe business also did not address the Influenza Booster shot that the puppy was supposed to receive in the beginning of November but did not.?
