Response to complaint filed by [redacted] ***, Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted] • His girls were not charged the $per athlete for the Baltimore competitionPlease see email sent to [redacted] and [redacted] ***Copy attached• Regarding the fee charged for this Baltimore, MD competition, Revolution Cheer & Tumbling Center must pay expenses for two coaches per teamThese expenses include o Travel-mileage, toils o Hotel- one or two nights depending on when each set of Coaches team competes o Per Diem for food o Salary for a weekend of work• Any additional markup beyond these items is to cover some of the actual operating costs of Revolution Cheer & Tumbling Center• [redacted] is mistaken regarding the $chargeThat charge is for the National Competition at Myrtle Beach, SCThe upcharge was to cover expenses for two coaches per team plus the gym owner: o Travel - bus or airfare o Hotel - three nights o Per Diem per coach for food - four days o Salary for coaches for four days of work o Two rental cars for four days to transport coaches to/from competition site to hotel o Practice facility for teams for Friday night before competition o Bonding experience for teams- t-shirts for all girls• Myrtle Beach was a two day competition with travel days on either sideIt is, obviously, not within driving distance• Baltimore, MD competition is miles (one way) from Revolution Cheer & Tumbling Center o Without traffic or unforeseen problems, that is about a hour drive • if a problem happened and the coaches could not get to the competition, the team would not be able to compete, • Only those coaches with teams competing in the morning are going down on Friday night; the other coaches are travelling down on Saturday• Regarding Desired Outcome / Settlement: o All parents, including [redacted] ***, were provided with a 2015-handbook which delineated the monthly cost per teamBoth the Myrtle Beach National Competition and the Baltimore, MD competition fees were included in this monthly costAttached is a Copy of our handbook, please reference highlighted area on page 8, if the [redacted] found the cost to be unmanageable, their girls did not need to return after the placement clinic o Revolution Cheer & Tumbling Center, LLC is a privately held companyAs such, we feet that the information we provide in our page handbook (which each parent receives at the Placement Clinic, prior to the season's beginning) provides the necessary information for the parent to make an informed decision about the All Star Cheerleading Commitment

Tumbling Center must pay expenses for two coaches per team. These expenses include    o Travel-mileage, toils     o  Hotel- one or two nights depending on when each set of Coaches team competes     o Per Diem for food     o Salary for a weekend of work. • Any additional markup beyond these items is to cover some of the actual operating costs of Revolution Cheer & Tumbling Center. • [redacted] is mistaken regarding the $300 charge. That charge is for the National Competition at Myrtle Beach, SC. The upcharge was to cover expenses for two coaches per team plus the gym owner:    o Travel - bus or airfare    o Hotel - three nights    o Per Diem per coach for food - four days    o Salary for coaches for four days of work    o Two rental cars for four days to transport coaches to/from competition site to hotel    o Practice facility for teams for Friday night before competition    o Bonding experience for teams- t-shirts for all girls• Myrtle Beach was a two day competition with travel days on either side.
