I have removed this gentleman from our mailing list completely. He should no longer receive any emails from us.

According to our records, Mr. [redacted] contact our customer service department on 1/19 explaining his issue. Our Customer Service Representative gave him some things to try, and then on 1/20/15 we received an email from him stating: "I may have this issue resolved. Thanks for now & I'll...
