Revolution Gymnastics has charged me for services that were not provided. Revolutions Gymnastics also made ACH withdraw from my account in the amount of $1127.00 that was not authorized by me and without my knowledge.
Assigned IDThis is the response that I have. This Customer did owe Revolution Gymnastics Inc. for services. 1. We ask for a 2 week notice of withdraw which we did not receive. This is no different then business like the YMCA, or other fitness centers.2. Revolution Gymnastics Inc. had sent money to other gym’s for meet fees on her behalf. And that money for fees were none refundable to us.3. Randy *** the owner has never harassed this customer in any way and in fact did let the invoices go for months until they did stop coming to the gym. I did email invoices that were owed for with no response from the customer. I did call one time after no response during business hours to let her know she was responsible for the payments and reminded her of the agreement we have on file. The agreement she signed does state that we will charge her credit card on file. I did not call her in the middle of the night that is just not true.I also sent her a copy of the agreement on file.I have attached a copy of that agreement.Randy *** OwnerRevolution Gymnastics
