I wanted to try and reach out to you guys again and let you know where we are standing in regards to your ***I have escalated
the case up the ladder as far as I can to try and come to some sort of resolutionWe have performed all of the necessary testing procedure as per *** *** and determined that there is no leak coming from the outside of the vehicle inside, their recommendation was to inform you guys of our climate here and likely the factor here is condensation build up and that there is no manufacturing defect with the vehicleI have taken that one step further to ensure your guys' satisfaction with us as Revolution *** that being I have sent off an email to *** ***'s Quality Engineering department who was going to converse with the Factory Engineers and get back to me on whether they believe it to be a defect in the vehicle, or again a weather anomaly causing condensation build up in the vehicle, as they have not seen this anywhere else in the world that there is ***sThe response from the Quality Engineering department may take some time, but I assure you I have not forgotten about this and have gone as far as Revolution *** can go for you
Unfortunately launching a complaint with the Revdex.com against Revolution *** will not help move along the situation as it is not something under our control to fix at this moment, we have done what *** has requested and the outcome is not to your satisfactionIf you are looking to start a file about your issue, it will have to be done so against *** *** themselves as they manufacture and engineer these vehicles, in order for you to receive satisfaction from *** *** please visit the website below to proceed

I can't stress enough that we as Revolution *** have gone as far as we can to help remedy this situation for you and hope that you can come to a resolution with *** ***, I will also keep you updated on when I hear something back from the Engineer department and let you know what their response entailed
