Review: We paid a deposit for snowboards and we never received them. The company contacted us to straighten out graphics, which we did, and have not heard anything from them since. They will not respond to emails or calls requesting contact.Desired Settlement: I simply want my deposit back as we did not receive the snowboards we put the deposit down for.
