From what I recall
He called the store and gave the sizes that he had on his vehicleMy employees gave the
price and ordered the tires, then David came in with his vehicleMy employees took the tires off the car (without confirming the size), then after stripping his tires off the car, they realized the sizes were wrong and had the nerve to charge the customer
I cannot believe they charged him a penny for itThey told me they did because he demanded the size and a few other reasons that hold no merit to me
Unless im mistaken, I remember talking to David and apologizing to him and also refunding the amountWas there another level of apology needed? Has it not been refunded?
I am embarrassed that my staff charged him for thatRegardless of anything than took place, if the work was not completed, he should not have been charged for the services
I have closed Revolution Motorsports, though I am not going to leave anyone hanging from the business, so If the refund has not been done, I will do it personally, but I will need to research if the answer is noI will not dispute anything if he does a charge back either

There are a few significant inaccuracies in Mr*** recollection of the eventsFirst, I demanded nothingI was trying to buy tiresNothing more, nothing lessThe "other reasons", he referenced, were not detailed because there were noneIt was to be a simple retail transaction with no special conditions requiredSecond, as previously mentioned, I left two phone messages with the receptionist, and one email dated 01/22/2014, the day after the fiasco, directly to Mr***, a copy of which, with the date, can easily be providedI received no reply whatsoever from Mr*** or anyone with his companyIf he didn't speak with me, he certainly couldn't have apologized, nor did he refund any monies to me whatsoeverHe may have confused me with another unsatisfied customer? And as I said in my initial complaint, that as they had not balanced the tires when they remounted them, the vehicle rattled and shook like a bb in a boxcarI had them balanced at my expenseI was reimbursed by the credit card company for the charges, though they said that they would not charge him back as I had signed a work orderAt this point there is no reason to beat a dead horseI accept Mr***belated acknowledgement and response, and consider the matter closedI wish him success in his next business venture, and hope there is more attention paid to customer service
